Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader – Sales

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Job Summary

The Team Leader will manage a team of Sales Consultants, drive team targets, and ensure productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Counsel the team and clients on Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, Job Search Services, Visit/Tourist Visas, and other products.
  • Convert leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
  • Follow up with the team and help close sales.
  • Lead, train, and motivate Sales Consultants.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management.
  • Allocate leads and monitor daily sales performance.
  • Achieve team revenue and conversion targets.
  • Conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Ensure focus on achieving weekly and monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with Branch Managers and the Reporting Manager.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the team and share them with the Reporting Manager.
  • Maintain a target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Immigration Sales.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in a leadership role (Immigration/Education Consultancy preferred).
  • Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with the team and clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and online communication tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Team revenue target achievement.
  • Team conversion ratio.
  • Productivity metrics (calls, meetings, follow-ups).
  • Team attrition and performance improvement.
  • Compliance and zero mis-selling incidents.
