Position: Territory Sales Executive – South Gujarat
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Sales Head
Experience: 1-3 years

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Territory Sales Executive to manage and expand our business across South Gujarat. The ideal candidate should be based in Vadodara so that he can efficiently cover the complete South Gujarat territory through regular dealer visits, customer meetings, and market development activities.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business in the following areas:

Navsari

Nearby South Gujarat Rural Markets
Key Responsibilities
Develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Generate new business from farmers, dealers, and agricultural equipment retailers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits across the assigned territory.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer network.
Demonstrate agricultural machinery and explain product benefits.
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing information.
Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Participate in agricultural exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional activities.
Submit Daily Visit Reports (DVR), Tour Reports, and Monthly Sales Reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for dispatch, service, and customer support.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Candidate Profile
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred).
Experience
2–5 years of field sales experience.
Experience in Agricultural Machinery, Farm Equipment, Tractors, Implements, Automobile, or Industrial Products will be preferred.
