About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager (Banquet & Events) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, client handling, and property management skills, with the ability to manage event bookings, supervise lead follow-ups, and ensure smooth event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and customer inquiries.
• Supervise tele-calling activities and lead follow-ups.
• Handle walk-in clients and conduct venue visits.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed banquet and event bookings.
• Maintain lead records and prepare daily sales reports.
• Manage property maintenance and act as the key point of contact with a problem-solving approach during ongoing events.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless event execution.

Required Skills

• Good communication and sales skills.
• Experience in banquet, hospitality, or event sales is preferred.
• Ability to handle clients confidently.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
