Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of student admission processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operational activities across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Track student applications, documentation, deadlines, and admission milestones.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
Coordinate with counselors, mentors, content writers, universities, and external partners.
Schedule counseling sessions, interviews, meetings, and follow-ups with students.
Ensure timely collection, verification, and organization of student documents.
Monitor task progress and proactively escalate delays or operational issues.
Prepare operational reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Support student onboarding and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Respond to operational queries from students and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain confidentiality of student records and company information.
Provide administrative support and coordinate with Finance, HR, and other departments as required.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Customer Support, Education Consulting, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
High attention to detail with strong documentation and record management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
