Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition for our corporate gifting and event solutions. This is a hunter-focused role requiring strong prospecting, relationship-building, and sales closing abilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the complete B2B sales cycle while building long-term relationships that generate repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for premium corporate gifting and event solutions.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, Marketing, and Corporate Decision Makers.
  • Develop a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Pitch products and services through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and virtual presentations.
  • Collaborate with founders and internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
  • Manage key accounts and drive repeat business through excellent relationship management.
  • Travel within Surat and other cities for client meetings and business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Solution Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling premium products, gifting solutions, events, hospitality, or corporate services will be preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and close business opportunities.
  • Existing network among HR, Administration, Procurement, or Corporate Buyers will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.
  • MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage.
