Job Title: Sr. Graphic Designer

Location: Mohali (Work from Office - mandatory)

Employment Type: Contractual (10 Months)

CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)

Minimum Experience: 4 years

Shift Timings: 01:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (UK Business Hours Alignment)

Working Days: 6 days/week for the first 3 months; Alternate Saturdays off thereafter

Weekly Off: Sunday

Leave Calendar: UK Holiday Calendar (not local calendar)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sr. Graphic Designer to take full ownership of daily design operations, quality control, and client communications for our Design Department. The candidate will serve as the primary design point of contact for UK-based clients and will be expected to drive the team’s output quality while reducing leadership’s day-to-day involvement in design operations to a single daily sync.

Key Responsibilities

Team Operations

• Lead daily team syncs, performance tracking, resource planning, and workflow optimisation

Client Communication

• Manage end-to-end client consultations, design briefings, and visual concept presentations
• Own the revision cycle with full accountability and client-facing professionalism
• Serve as the primary, confident design point of contact for all UK-based clients

Quality Control

• Conduct final design QA, error-checking, print-ready file setup, and digital asset optimisation
• Ensure a near-zero error rate before any file reaches a client or is reviewed by the owner

Design Execution

• Handle core designing, high-priority layouts, and brand launch execution
• Deliver high-end creative visual assets for critical business milestones

Tool Proficiency

• Whiteboarding: Miro
• Project Management: Trello / Smartsheet / Planner / Zoho Projects
• Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, To Do, PowerPoint, etc.
• Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, etc.
• Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on professional graphic design experience
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills – mandatory for UK client-facing work
• Demonstrated experience in client communication, design briefings, and team leadership
• Strong quality-first mindset with a sharp eye for print and digital design standards
• Proficient in industry-standard design software and the Microsoft productivity ecosystem
• Comfortable working a shift mapped within 01:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST to align with UK business hours
• Willing to follow the UK Holiday Calendar in lieu of the local calendar
• Capable of independently leading a team and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

Compensation

CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month depending on experience
