We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth, build high-performing sales teams, and execute the company's go-to-market strategy.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive / Sales Team Lead will be responsible for driving B2B SaaS sales, acquiring new clients, leading and mentoring the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise software sales, consultative selling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B SaaS sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and business growth.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, ERP Sales, or CRM Sales.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling, enterprise sales, and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving licence.
  • Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) will be an added advantage.
