Job Title: International Sales Specialist

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: 3–5 Years

CTC: ₹7-9 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Executive to drive business expansion across global markets. The role involves identifying new international business opportunities, developing overseas markets, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in international B2B sales, export business development, and customer relationship management, preferably in the chemicals or industrial manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing international customers and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer segments, and competitive opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing in coordination with internal teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close international sales deals.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and shipment.
  • Maintain regular communication with overseas clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide prompt post-sales support.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS reports.
  • Track sales performance against targets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for new products and international market expansion.
  • Travel internationally for customer meetings, business development, and market visits as required.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in International Sales, Export Sales, or International Business Development.
  • Experience in the chemicals, specialty chemicals, industrial products, manufacturing, or related sectors is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing overseas markets and managing international customers.
  • Must have visited at least two international markets for business development purposes (excluding exhibitions or trade fairs).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA or PGDM in Marketing/International Business will be an added advantage.
