Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 per month

Experience: 3-5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid marketing efforts across Meta and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns with the primary objective of driving profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth for our healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Develop audience strategies, retargeting funnels, and campaign structures.
  • Work closely with the creative team to brief, test, and optimize ad creatives.
  • Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maximizing profitability.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the website and content teams to improve landing page performance and overall conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for D2C or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of attribution models, customer journeys, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
