Location: Hyderabad (Remote with Extensive Field Sales)

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • MBA / PGDBA in Marketing preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 5–7 years of Business Development or Field Sales experience.
  • Experience in Furniture, Surface Materials, Laminates, Building Materials, HoReCa, QSR, Paints, Interior Products, Architecture, or Interior Design industry is preferred.
  • CTC for Delhi Location: Up to ₹15 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
  • CTC for Hyderabad Location: Up to ₹13 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the HoReCa, QSR, hospitality, furniture, and architect/interior designer segments. The role requires extensive field sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and key account development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the HoReCa, QSR, hospitality, furniture, and commercial interior segments.
  • Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, field visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Manage key customer accounts and ensure repeat business.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5–7 years of field sales/business development experience.
  • Experience in Furniture, Laminates, Building Materials, Paints, Hospitality Products, HoReCa, or related industries.
  • Strong network among Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and Dealers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Telugu.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within Hyderabad and nearby regions.
