Location: NXONE, Greater Noida West

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to support our business development team by generating qualified leads through outbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for introducing the company's event and exhibition services, understanding client requirements, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate lead records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's services.
  • Generate qualified leads for the Business Development team.
  • Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings for sales executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to maximize lead conversions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Ensure professional, courteous, and customer-focused communication during every interaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate or Undergraduate.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
