Job Title: Business Development Executive

Company: Experience Fab

Location: NXONE, Greater Noida West

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 1–2 Years (Events & Exhibitions Industry Preferred)

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships within the events and exhibitions industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development, with a passion for delivering creative event solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Acquire new corporate clients for events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and brand activation projects.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend customized event solutions.
  • Schedule client meetings and deliver business presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
  • Update CRM with lead status, sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with operations and project teams for smooth project execution.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
