Position: 3D Modeler - Human Anatomy & Immersive Technologies
Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

Salary: 4-5 LPA + Incentive
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled 3D Modeler with expertise in human anatomy to join our immersive technology team. The ideal candidate will create highly accurate, medical-grade 3D anatomical models and optimize them for real-time Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) applications. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomical structures, 3D sculpting, and real-time rendering workflows using industry-standard tools and game engines.
Key Responsibilities
Anatomy Modeling & Sculpting
Create highly detailed and anatomically accurate 3D models of human organs, skeletal systems, muscles, vascular systems, and other body structures using medical references, CT scans, and concept art.
Develop photorealistic, high-quality models suitable for educational and simulation purposes.
Ensure biological accuracy, proper topology, and realistic textures.
Rigging & Animation Support
Build clean skeletal rigs and perform skinning for anatomical structures and articulated joints.
Ensure natural movement and functionality for interactive educational applications.
AR/VR Asset Optimization
Optimize high-poly models into low- and mid-poly assets suitable for real-time rendering.
Create efficient UV layouts, PBR materials, and optimized textures for AR/VR platforms such as Meta Quest and mobile devices.
Ensure models meet performance standards without compromising visual quality.
Real-Time Integration
Import, configure, and test 3D assets in Unity or Unreal Engine.
Collaborate with developers to implement interactive features such as sectioning, fading, annotations, and painting tools.
Troubleshoot rendering and asset integration issues.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
Work closely with medical experts, designers, developers, and product teams to ensure anatomical accuracy and project quality.
Maintain documentation and follow asset development best practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and workflows in medical visualization and immersive learning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in 3D Animation, Fine Arts, Visual Effects, Medical Visualization, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in 3D modeling, preferably in medical visualization, healthcare simulation, gaming, or AR/VR.
Expert proficiency in ZBrush, Blender, Autodesk Maya, or similar 3D modeling software.
Experience working with Unity or Unreal Engine for real-time applications.
Strong understanding of human anatomy, proportions, and biological structures.
Experience creating optimized assets for AR/VR platforms.
Knowledge of PBR workflows, UV mapping, topology optimization, and texturing.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
A portfolio showcasing high-quality anatomical 3D models and real-time assets is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with CT/MRI scan data or medical imaging workflows.
Knowledge of photogrammetry and 3D scanning pipelines.
Familiarity with C# (Unity) or Blueprints (Unreal Engine).
Experience developing educational, healthcare simulation, or digital twin applications.
Understanding of animation pipelines and real-time rendering optimization.
