We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of campaign performance, lead quality, budget utilization, and strategic growth across multiple client accounts.

Job Summary

As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You will work closely with Account Managers, Creative Teams, and clients to drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven marketing strategies.

This role requires a strong understanding of campaign analytics, funnel optimization, lead generation, conversion tracking, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Execute campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Meta Feed, Reels, Stories, and Lead Generation formats.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research.
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Create effective budget allocation strategies across platforms and campaign types.

Performance Optimization

  • Own and improve key performance metrics including CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement across all managed accounts.

Budget Management

  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and clients.
  • Monitor budget pacing and ensure efficient spend allocation.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.
  • Maintain budget utilization and performance tracking reports.

Reporting & Client Communication

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Present campaign performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate campaign metrics into business-focused recommendations.
  • Address client queries and provide strategic guidance.

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

  • Optimize lead generation funnels from ad click to conversion.
  • Improve lead quality through targeting, audience refinement, and landing page optimization.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of conversion tracking and attribution models.

Tracking & Analytics

  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
  • Monitor analytics dashboards and identify tracking gaps.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and campaign attribution.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Mentor and support junior performance marketers.
  • Share campaign insights, best practices, and optimization frameworks.
  • Contribute to internal processes, SOPs, and campaign strategies.
  • Participate in client pitches and proposal development when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple industries and large advertising budgets.
  • Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.

  • Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working from the Hyderabad office.
