We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager who can own client relationships, manage project delivery, ensure scope adherence, and drive account success across digital marketing services.
Job Summary
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for assigned client accounts and act as the bridge between clients and internal teams. The role requires strong client communication, delivery management, reporting oversight, and a working understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.
This is an ownership-driven role requiring proactive problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Manage communication via email, WhatsApp, meetings, and calls.
Conduct weekly review meetings and monthly performance discussions.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable internal briefs.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely updates.
Manage client expectations regarding deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance.
2. Project Delivery & Scope Management
Monitor and track deliverables across Social Media, SEO, and Performance Marketing projects.
Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Identify potential scope creep and escalate appropriately with recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project trackers and delivery schedules.
3. Social Media Account Oversight
Review content calendars for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Coordinate with creative teams on content production, campaigns, and shoots.
Monitor content publishing schedules and campaign execution.
Analyze social media performance reports and share actionable insights with clients.
4. SEO Coordination
Track SEO deliverables including keyword rankings, backlinks, content deliverables, and audits.
Communicate SEO progress and recommendations to clients in a simple and understandable manner.
Coordinate with SEO teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
Ensure all necessary client access and assets are available for execution.
5. Performance Marketing Coordination
Monitor campaign performance across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Review key metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, lead quality, and budget utilization.
Ensure reports are accurate before client submission.
Coordinate campaign requirements with performance marketing teams.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Review and interpret marketing dashboards and reports.
Prepare and validate monthly performance reports.
Track account health and identify churn risks.
Maintain records of approvals, revisions, client feedback, and escalations.
7. Client Retention & Growth
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Support account growth initiatives by identifying new client requirements.
Contribute to client retention through exceptional service delivery and relationship management.
