Company: Ashtrix Robotics and Research Centre

Location: Chennai (Work from Office only)

Employment Type: Full-time (6 Months Probation)

CTC: ₹3 LPA (In hand + Gratuity)

Weekly Off: Monday

Role Overview:

We are hiring for a Business Development Executive role. This is a full-time, on-site position with an initial 6-month probation period, post which candidates will be confirmed based on performance.

This is an inside sales / business development role and does not involve field sales or door-to-door activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management
  • Client communication and coordination
  • Supporting ongoing sales initiatives
  • Coordination with internal teams for execution support
  • Participation in training programs and live projects
  • Maintaining basic sales reports / CRM updates

 Candidate Profile:

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Tamil, Hindi, Telugu speaking is an added advantage
  • Willingness to learn and work in a client-facing, target-driven role
  • Interest in sales, business development, and commercial roles
  • At least 1 year experience in sales, in education/EdTech Industry
  • Should possess a personal laptop to use for work
  • Having a personal vehicle for commute is preferable

Compensation:

CTC: ₹3 LPA (in hand) + Gratuity and allowance
