We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Hospital Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting our range of medical devices, hospital furniture, surgical products, rehabilitation equipment, and healthcare consumables. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in institutional sales, managing hospital accounts, and engaging with key decision-makers across hospitals in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell medical devices, hospital furniture, surgical products, rehabilitation equipment, and healthcare consumables to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular hospital visits to build and strengthen customer relationships.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with hospital Purchase Managers, Purchase Heads, Biomedical Engineers, Hospital Administrators, Medical Superintendents, Operations Heads, and Procurement Teams.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Product Demonstration & Promotion
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for hospital staff and decision-makers.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate business opportunities.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Share market insights and customer feedback with management.
Identify opportunities for introducing new products and expanding market presence.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update CRM and sales tracking systems regularly.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Diploma holders with relevant healthcare sales experience may also apply.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in hospital sales, medical devices, surgical products, rehabilitation equipment, healthcare consumables, or related healthcare products.
Experience in institutional sales and handling hospital procurement processes is mandatory.
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Good understanding of hospital procurement and tender processes.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore.

Note:
Candidates whose experience is limited to hospital pharmacy sales, retail pharmacy visits, or chemist relationships will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in institutional sales and direct hospital account management.
