We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor with hands-on experience in creating conversion-focused ad creatives for paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern AI-powered creative tools and capable of producing high-quality creative assets at scale.

Job Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for designing and producing high-converting static, carousel, and video advertisements for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, direct-response advertising, customer psychology, and AI-assisted creative production.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Creative Production

  • Design high-converting static ads and carousel creatives for paid campaigns.
  • Create engaging video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Transform raw footage, UGC, and brand assets into conversion-focused advertising creatives.
  • Design creatives based on direct-response marketing principles rather than purely aesthetic branding.

AI-Powered Creative Production

  • Leverage AI tools to create multiple static and video ad variations efficiently.
  • Generate AI-assisted hooks, voiceovers, scenes, and creative concepts.
  • Rapidly produce creative variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI design and video production tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
  • Mandatory experience creating performance marketing creatives for:
    • D2C Brands
    • SaaS Companies
    • eCommerce Businesses
    • Strong portfolio showcasing paid advertising creatives and measurable campaign outcomes.
