Job Position: Business Development Specialist (B2B/B2C Sales)

About the Role
CyberFrat is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth across both B2B and B2C segments. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure and customer onboarding.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both individual customers and corporate stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure.
Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and other prospecting methods.
Follow up on both inbound and outbound leads to drive conversions and revenue growth.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and objectives.
Recommend appropriate products and service solutions based on client needs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Ensure a consultative sales approach while engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with delivery, operations, product, and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution.
Facilitate smooth post-sales handover with clear communication of project scope and expectations.
Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
Generate regular reports and updates for management review.
Ensure data accuracy and reporting discipline across all sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will be an advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Tele-Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer-Facing roles.
Experience in IT Services, Technology, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or related industries will be preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable conducting outbound sales activities and prospecting.
Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Inside Sales.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
Confidence in conducting client presentations and solution discussions.
Interest or prior exposure to Cybersecurity products and services.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to business growth.
