Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand-building, patient engagement, and lead generation initiatives across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, preventive health, health-tech, or digital healthcare marketing. This role requires a strong blend of content strategy, digital marketing expertise, campaign execution, analytics, and healthcare communication.

You will play a key role in establishing MyCardioGen as a trusted leader in preventive cardiovascular health across India.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Building

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build brand awareness and thought leadership in preventive cardiology and heart health.
  • Design and optimize lead generation funnels to drive consultations and patient acquisition.
  • Manage website content, landing pages, and patient engagement journeys.
  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns to improve visibility and conversions.

Content & Healthcare Education

  • Create and manage educational healthcare content, including:

    • Reels and short-form videos
    • Infographics
    • Awareness campaigns
    • Blog articles
    • Email newsletters
    • Webinar promotions
  • Simplify complex medical and scientific concepts into engaging, patient-friendly content.

  • Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and designers to create credible educational material.

Growth Marketing & Partnerships

  • Develop strategic partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, wellness brands, corporate wellness programs, and healthcare influencers.
  • Support webinars, healthcare events, awareness campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute to expansion and patient acquisition strategies across key Indian markets.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and actionable growth recommendations.
  • Use analytics tools and customer insights to continuously optimize campaigns and audience targeting.


Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or specialization in Marketing will be an advantage.

Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in Healthcare Marketing, Digital Marketing, Wellness Marketing, Diagnostics, Health-Tech, Preventive Healthcare, or Healthcare Startups.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media growth initiatives.
  • Experience with lead generation, performance marketing, and content marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare startups, diagnostics companies, wellness brands, or preventive healthcare organizations.
  • Experience creating high-engagement educational healthcare content.
  • Understanding of Indian healthcare consumer behavior and patient acquisition journeys.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and ethical healthcare communication practices.
