About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Interior Supervisor to oversee and monitor interior fit-out and decoration activities at our commercial office projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to design specifications, timely execution, and coordination with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and office renovation activities.
2. Monitor quality of civil, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, and furnishing works.
3. Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
4. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality or execution issues.
6. Track project progress and report status to management.
7. Verify material quality and ensure proper usage at site.
8. Ensure compliance with safety standards and site discipline.
9. Prepare work progress reports and maintain project documentation.
10. Assist in vendor evaluation and contractor performance monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2. 5-6 years of experience in interior fit-out supervision, commercial office projects, or corporate interiors.
3. Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction practices.
4. Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
5. Immediate Joiner preferred.
