Location: Sewri, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹8 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Associate Telecaller to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, and customer engagement, preferably within the Real Estate industry, specifically in plots, land sales, or second homes.

The role involves engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generated leads.
  • Follow up on inquiries received through marketing campaigns and other lead generation channels.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain regular communication with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status.
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the engagement process.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
  • Achieve monthly calling, lead conversion, and appointment-setting targets.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead status and call performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Engagement.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate, Plot Sales, Land Sales, Farmhouse Projects, or Second Homes will be highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and convert inquiries into qualified opportunities.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and lead management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work from the Sewri office.
  • Comfortable working on weekends as per business requirements.
  • Own laptop preferred.
