Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

Location: Trivandrum/ Ernakulam/ Chennai

CTC: 5 Lacs to 7.5Lacs

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a digital marketer who can think creatively and execute for business results. You’ll own lead generation, brand presence, and content across digital channels for our insurance broking services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads for health, motor, life, and commercial insurance.
• Creative Side: Work with designers/video editors to create ad creatives, banners, and short-form video that stop the scroll and build trust.
• Content Writing: Write ad copy, landing page content, blog posts, and emailers that simplify insurance and drive conversions.
• Social Media Management: Manage organic and paid social media, run ad campaigns, monitor engagement, and optimize for CPL/CPA.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads. Report on ROI, CAC, and lead quality.
• Collaboration:  Work with sales and underwriting teams to align campaigns with products and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

• 4-8 years in digital marketing, preferably in BFSI/insurance/fintech
• Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Strong copywriting and basic design sense
• Experience with CRM and lead nurturing flows
• Understanding of IRDAI compliance for insurance ads is a plus
