Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to drive business growth by managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through multiple channels, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, and building long-term customer relationships. This role requires strong communication, sales acumen, and a consultative approach to selling premium fitness and wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to successful deal closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and client visits.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Develop customized solutions based on customer requirements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Handle client queries, negotiations, and commercial discussions.

Market Development

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support brand visibility and business expansion initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in fitness, hospitality, corporate, education, and real estate sectors.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales, premium products, fitness, wellness, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle sectors will be preferred.
  • Ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals independently.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred.
