Job Position: Sales Executive

Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives and bonuses

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth across international markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of outbound sales, lead generation tools, prospecting techniques, and client relationship management.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with global clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ContactOut, Lusha, and online research platforms.
  • Identify key decision-makers and build targeted prospect databases.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Schedule meetings and present company services to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Research global markets to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and relationship management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales, Digital Marketing, or Client Acquisition is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ContactOut, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Understanding of cold emailing, cold calling, lead nurturing, and outbound sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and outreach through LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Exposure to international markets such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, or the Middle East will be an advantage.
