Job Title: Billing Executive / POS Operator - Pet Pooja

Qualification: 12th Pass / B.Com / BBA / BCA / Any Graduate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Billing Executive / POS Operator with hands-on experience in Pet Pooja POS software and MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for billing operations, POS management, sales reporting, inventory coordination, and daily reconciliation activities for restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pet Pooja POS Operations

• Manage menu updates including pricing, GST, discounts, and modifiers.
• Handle billing settlements, cash/card/UPI reconciliation, voids, and refunds.
• Maintain inventory updates, stock movements, and recipe mapping.
• Troubleshoot basic POS issues including printer and syncing problems.
• Monitor integrations with Zomato, Swiggy, payment gateways, and online ordering systems.

MS Excel & Reporting

• Generate daily sales, GST, item-wise, and category-wise reports.
• Prepare MIS reports using Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and filters.
• Reconcile sales data with bank statements and delivery platform payouts.
• Maintain inventory and vendor purchase records.
• Prepare sales data for GST filing support.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with kitchen, delivery, and accounts teams.
• Maintain billing records, invoices, and daily closing sheets.
• Ensure smooth restaurant billing and POS operations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Pet Pooja POS software.
• Strong MS Excel knowledge including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Basic understanding of GST, billing, and accounting operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during peak operational hours.
