Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Catering Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end catering operations for corporate and social events. The candidate will be responsible for client coordination, event execution, team management, quality control, and operational efficiency while ensuring high customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete catering operations for corporate, wedding, and social events.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and customize catering solutions.
  • Supervise catering staff and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, presentation, and service standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service teams for timely delivery.
  • Manage catering budgets, billing, and operational profitability.
  • Build strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Handle event planning, scheduling, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in catering operations or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client handling abilities.
  • Good understanding of F&B operations and hospitality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple events under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
