About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive who has experience managing sales and operations on e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for handling online sales channels, coordinating with customers, improving marketplace performance, and supporting the company’s digital growth.

Responsibilities

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
Handle online customer inquiries and order coordination
Monitor sales performance and marketplace analytics
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and dispatch updates
Optimize product descriptions, pricing, and visibility
Assist in digital marketing and promotional activities
Generate leads and support online business development
Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activity

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing
Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, IndiaMART, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of online marketing and customer handling
Comfortable working in an office-based role in Chhatral
Proficiency in Excel and basic computer operations
