About the Role

SatyaSakshi Consultancy is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the execution of Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, execution, vendor coordination, client communication, and successful project delivery while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end execution of Water Treatment Plant projects from initiation to commissioning and handover.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timelines.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to address delays or bottlenecks.

Site & Team Management

• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process engineering teams.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing activities at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.

Client & Vendor Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Manage vendor selection, procurement coordination, and material deliveries.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project milestones.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, MIS reports, progress reports, and project schedules.
• Track project KPIs and present status updates to management and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation of project changes, risks, and mitigation plans.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Promote adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines across project sites.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Water Treatment, STP, ETP, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and site execution activities.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, procurement, and contractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, BOQs, and engineering specifications.
