Job Title: Business Development Manager- Software Sales

Location: Gurugram (Sector 74) / Noida (Sector 62) / Ludhiana

Industry: IT Sales / B2B Sales

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Educational Qualification: UG: B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent qualification

Salary Range: ₹3.5 – ₹6 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, sales forecasting, negotiations, and deal closures.

The ideal candidate should possess strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Research organizations and identify key decision-makers for business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure business conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and closure discussions.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Prepare sales forecasts and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Pitch company products and services effectively to clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals successfully.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

Market Research & Coordination

  • Attend conferences, exhibitions, and industry events for networking and lead generation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong lead generation and client acquisition capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Good market research and networking skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must own a vehicle and laptop.
  • Candidates with industrial sales background will be preferred.
