Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a strong willingness to learn about IoT and Air Chemistry solutions.

The role involves partner onboarding, relationship management, business coordination, and supporting strategic growth initiatives through strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Development & Relationship Management

• Identify, onboard, and develop new business partners.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to achieve business goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure effective coordination and governance.

Business Growth & Coordination

• Monitor, measure, and analyze partner performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with partners to maximize business opportunities and growth potential.
• Support partner-driven projects and ensure timely execution.

Technical & Strategic Support

• Participate in customer meetings along with partners to provide technical sales support whenever required.
• Coordinate joint initiatives such as research studies, government validation programs, and new business use-case development.
• Explore new applications and opportunities in IoT and environmental technology solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between the company and external partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Adapt to global business practices and partner engagement requirements across different geographies.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong interest in IoT, Air Quality Monitoring, or Environmental Technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to adapt to a global business environment.
