Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a result-oriented and energetic Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client base for digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing deals, and building long-term business relationships. This role requires strong field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve revenue targets independently.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
  • Generate leads through market surveys, local business outreach, and door-to-door visits.
  • Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, SMO, PPC, Web Design, Web Development, and Content Marketing.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations independently.
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and convert them into paying customers.
  • Understand client business requirements and propose suitable marketing solutions.

Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain daily call reports, visit logs, and CRM updates.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Plan territory coverage and optimize field productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
