Location: Gurgaon (Travel Involved)

CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA (Fixed + Variable) – No Bar for the Right Candidate

Qualification

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
    OR

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience in:

  • Civil construction project execution
  • Construction project management
  • Site planning and execution
  • Vendor coordination and contractor management
  • Multi-site project supervision

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Head / Project Manager to lead and manage civil construction projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in construction site management, project coordination, vendor handling, execution monitoring, and stakeholder management.

The role requires strong leadership capabilities, technical understanding of civil construction, and the ability to ensure timely and quality project delivery while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and supervision of civil and construction projects.
  • Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
  • Monitor daily site activities and execution progress.

Site & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Supervise site operations and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Resolve site-related challenges and execution issues effectively.
  • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment planning at project sites.

Monitoring, Compliance & Reporting

  • Track project progress, costs, quality parameters, and MIS reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and site protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and execution records.

Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Handle vendor coordination, contractor performance monitoring, and billing follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials and resources.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers.
