Position Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented and technically strong Sales Engineer responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, providing technical sales support, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial sales, application engineering, or technical service support, along with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: 27-33 years
  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering, OR B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry
  • Experience: 5-8 years in Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, or Technical Service roles

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business and revenue targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through value selling and cross-selling approaches.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and trials.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and collaborators.
  • Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and technical concerns effectively.
  • Follow up on payments, outstanding dues, and account receivables.

Technical Support & Solution Selling

  • Understand customer applications and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for customer support and issue resolution.
  • Participate in technical discussions and troubleshooting activities at customer sites.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support business growth strategies.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain regular sales reports, visit reports, and customer records in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with production, application, and service teams for smooth order execution.
  • Support territory planning and market expansion initiatives.
