Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of environmental monitoring projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, customers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely installations, smooth project execution, issue resolution, and effective stakeholder communication.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
Support project planning, scheduling, timelines, milestones, and resource coordination.
Track project progress against deadlines, quality standards, and deliverables.
Ensure timely execution and closure of assigned projects.
Monitor risks, dependencies, and pending activities, and escalate issues when required.
Technical Coordination & Support
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for hardware and software troubleshooting (training will be provided).
Support installation, configuration, and validation of environmental monitoring devices.
Act as a coordination point between R&D, Production, Calibration, Logistics, and Field Service teams.
Coordinate material dispatches and device shipments with the Logistics team.
Communication & Reporting
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor air quality and environmental data and prepare periodic reports.
Coordinate project meetings, follow-ups, status updates, and documentation.
Maintain project trackers, reports, MOMs, and project-related documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations coordination, or similar roles.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams.
Basic understanding of electronics, hardware systems, or environmental monitoring concepts.
Comfortable using web-based tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
