Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Company: Crown Decor Pvt. Ltd. – Tabillo India Division

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Work from Office + Field Sales)

Gender Preference: Male

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years

CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)

Monthly Salary Range: ₹75,000 – ₹98,333 (Fixed + Incentives)

About the Role

Tabillo India is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand business opportunities within the Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture & Furnishing, HoReCa, and QSR segments.

The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent networking abilities, and proven expertise in building long-term client relationships. This role requires regular client meetings, market visits, and active business development across Kolkata and surrounding regions.

 

About the Product

Tabillo table tops are designed with versatile features suitable for indoor and outdoor applications across hotels, cafés, restaurants, QSRs, and premium furniture spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and onboard new clients within the HoReCa, QSR, Architecture, Interior Design, and Furniture industries
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, hotels, cafés, restaurants, and corporate clients
  • Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business and customer retention
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities
  • Generate leads through networking, references, and market outreach
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order execution and client servicing

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture & Furnishing, or HoReCa industries
  • Strong field sales and relationship management experience
  • Excellent networking and client acquisition skills
  • Must be based in Kolkata and comfortable with extensive field travel
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDBA in Marketing preferred)
  • Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated professional
