Job Title: Export Documentation Specialist

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹33,333 – ₹37,500 per month

Education: MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Documentation Specialist to manage export documentation, shipment coordination, and communication with international clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, and overseas client coordination.

This role requires excellent communication skills, documentation accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple export orders efficiently while ensuring compliance with export norms and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete export documentation processes for international shipments
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA agents, shipping lines, and logistics partners
Ensure timely preparation and submission of export documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BL/AWB, COO, and related documentation
Coordinate with overseas buyers regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and order status
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade policies
Track shipments and resolve any documentation or logistics-related issues
Maintain accurate export records and documentation for audits and reporting
Handle multiple export orders simultaneously while meeting shipment deadlines
Support international business operations and maintain strong relationships with foreign buyers
Stay updated with the latest export rules, trade regulations, and compliance requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Export Documentation or International Business
Experience in handling export operations within the Furniture & Furnishing industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and international trade compliance
Experience coordinating with overseas clients and international buyers
Certification in Export Promotion / International Trade will be an added advantage
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Computer proficiency and experience with export documentation systems
