Job Title: Manager – Sales (Cold Chain Warehouse)

Location: Delhi, India

Salary: 12-15 LPA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our cold chain warehousing solutions in Delhi. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence in temperature-controlled logistics across industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, dairy, and food processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for cold chain warehousing services
Identify and acquire new clients requiring temperature-controlled storage and logistics
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review
Participate in industry events, networking meets, and client visits

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cold chain logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services
Strong understanding of temperature-controlled storage and distribution
Ability to build relationships with clients across industries
