Job Title: Senior Travel Counsellor

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)

Experience Required: Up to 6 Years

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

Trawill is looking for experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Counsellors to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and sales skills, along with a solid understanding of domestic and international travel trends, destinations, and customer relationship management.

The role requires a proactive individual who can convert travel inquiries into successful bookings while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client travel requirements and provide customized travel solutions
  • Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales and consultation
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Provide end-to-end travel assistance and reliable on-tour support
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and accounts for seamless service delivery
  • Ensure accurate documentation, booking records, and process compliance
  • Manage payment follow-ups and collections from clients
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa norms, and industry offerings
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

 

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Up to 6 years of experience in travel sales, travel consulting, or client relationship management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling responsibilities
  • Professional and confident personality
  • Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and packages
