We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to handle the West Maharashtra region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer and distributor network, managing customer relationships, and strengthening the company’s market presence in the agricultural machinery segment.
The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, market knowledge of agricultural equipment, and the ability to achieve business targets through effective dealer and customer management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Drive overall business growth and market penetration.
Monitor sales performance and submit daily sales reports.
Develop and implement territory sales strategies.
2. Dealer & Distributor Management
Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors in the assigned region.
Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Ensure regular dealer visits and follow-ups.
Resolve dealer and distributor concerns effectively.
3. Market Development
Identify and develop new market opportunities across rural and semi-urban areas.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
Execute product promotion and brand awareness activities.
Increase product visibility and customer engagement in the territory.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and end customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and field activities.
Collect market feedback and customer insights to improve sales strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding market requirements and customer feedback.
Keep management informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Prior experience in Agricultural Machinery Sales is mandatory.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on field sales experience is required.
Must own a personal vehicle with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively across West Maharashtra.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000+ per month (based on experience)
