About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled BIM Executive to join our Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidate will work on CAD to BIM and Scan to BIM workflows, delivering high-quality 3D BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about BIM technologies, modeling accuracy, and global project execution.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Modeling & Development

• Develop BIM models from 2D CAD drawings and point cloud scan data.
• Work across project domains including:
  • Architecture & Structure
  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Convert design data into coordinated and intelligent 3D BIM models.

Coordination & Quality Control

• Ensure models meet project standards, LOD requirements, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for design development and clash resolution.
• Perform quality checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Documentation & Deliverables

• Assist in preparing drawings, schedules, and project documentation.
• Maintain project files and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with industry tools, BIM workflows, and global best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in BIM, CAD, or related domain.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows such as CAD to BIM and Scan to BIM.
• Familiarity with tools like:
  • Autodesk Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • Navisworks
  • Recap
  • TrueView
• Basic understanding of Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and model accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
