Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Coordinator to support BIM implementation and coordination for MEP services across projects. The candidate will be responsible for model coordination, clash detection, and ensuring that all BIM deliverables align with project requirements and site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and coordinate MEP BIM models (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection).
Review architectural and structural models and identify coordination issues.
Perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks and prepare detailed reports.
Work closely with design teams, consultants, and site engineers to resolve clashes and design conflicts.
Prepare and update coordinated shop drawings for construction.
Assist in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance across the team.
Participate in coordination and design review meetings.
Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide setting-out information and installation details to site teams.
Manage and track RFIs, drawing logs, and model updates.
Assist in creating Revit families and setting routing preferences for MEP components.
Incorporate design changes and ensure models are updated accordingly.
Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs as per project schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Support site inspections and ensure models reflect actual site conditions.
