Job Description: Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Territory Manager / Director

Salary: ₹5 LPA to ₹12 LPA
(Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate)

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

Age Limit: Up to 37 Years

Qualification:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • MBA (Preferred)

Gender Preference: Male Candidates Preferred

Working Hours:  Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Important Note

  • Minimum 1-Year Service Bond applicable from the date of joining.
  • For Mumbai role, only local candidates preferred:
    • Western Line: Churchgate to Borivali
    • Central Line: CSMT to Thane

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to handle project sales of premium wallcoverings. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with Architects and Interior Designers and proven experience in direct project sales rather than dealer/channel sales.

This is an individual contributor role focused on business development, project closures, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
  • Develop sales strategies to grow market share in the assigned territory.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, and key project stakeholders.
  • Manage client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Deliver exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support.

Project Sales Management

  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
  • Manage pricing discussions, negotiations, proposals, and closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution and delivery.

Product Presentation & Market Development

  • Conduct product presentations highlighting product features, solutions, and value proposition.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products, trends, and competitor offerings.

Data & Documentation

  • Create and maintain client databases and sales pipelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of project information and business documents.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in project sales of premium interior products.
  • Strong experience dealing directly with Architects and Interior Designers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Strong market knowledge of Mumbai / Bangalore interior design ecosystem.
