Job Title: AI Developer

Location: Bharatpur, Rajasthan (On-site – Relocation Mandatory)

Compensation

• CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & assessment performance)
• Salary Credit Date: 10th of every month

Work Schedule

• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Break: 30 Minutes
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Public Holidays: Major National/Public Holidays

About the Role

We are looking for highly driven and technically strong individuals who are genuinely interested in building AI-powered products, not just exploring AI casually.

This role requires hands-on expertise in Python, APIs, backend development, and LLM-based systems. Candidates should have practical experience through academic, freelance, internship, or personal AI projects.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Development

• Build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, GPT-based systems, and AI APIs.
• Develop intelligent workflows and automation solutions using generative AI models.
• Work on prompt engineering for real-world use cases.

Backend & API Development

• Develop scalable REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Integrate AI APIs into backend systems with robust error handling.
• Optimize API performance, response time, and scalability.

Testing & Optimization

• Debug, test, and improve AI application performance.
• Maintain clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure stable production deployments and monitoring.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with product, design, and development teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Freshers must demonstrate strong AI project work.
• Strong proficiency in Python (data structures, API handling, debugging).
• Practical knowledge of LLMs / GPT-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI API (OpenAI or equivalent).
• Experience building or consuming REST APIs.
• Must have 1–2 demonstrable projects (GitHub / Portfolio mandatory).
• Basic understanding of deployment, hosting APIs, and environment setup.

Disqualification Criteria
