Job Description

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of QA experience
At least 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce testing (manual testing required)
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop detailed test cases based on business requirements and user stories
Execute test cases, document results, and report defects with clarity and accuracy
Perform regression and sanity testing to ensure system stability during releases
Maintain QA documentation and create training materials; support user or client training sessions as needed

Compensation: Competitive, aligned with market standards (15%–20% hike on current salary)
Work Schedule: Flexible working hours
Experience Required: 5+ years in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years in Salesforce testing (manual testing mandatory)
