Experience: 4–10 Years
Joining: Immediate to 60 Days
Compensation:
Fixed CTC: ₹15–22 LPA
Performance Incentives: ₹5–8 LPA
Total OTE: ₹20–30 LPA
Additional Requirements
Must own a car for field visits
Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR

Pllum Legno is a luxury interior materials company specializing in wood veneers, solid wood, and premium design surfaces.
We cater to architects, interior designers, and furniture manufacturers across Delhi NCR, with a strong focus on the architect and designer channel for high-end residential and hospitality projects.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to build and grow relationships with architects and interior designers across Delhi NCR.
This is a pure field-based business development role, where you will act as the face of the brand, drive project pipelines, convert specifications into orders, and build long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, visit, and build relationships with architects, interior designers, and furniture manufacturers
Map project pipelines within architect and design firms, tracking project stages and opportunities
Present and demonstrate product offerings (veneers, solid wood, design surfaces) with strong aesthetic understanding
Convert specifications into confirmed orders in coordination with internal teams (pricing, sampling, execution)
Manage and grow existing client accounts while continuously acquiring new relationships
Maintain daily reporting of client visits, pipeline status, and follow-ups
Represent the brand at industry events such as India Design, Acetech, and similar exhibitions
Candidate Profile
4–10 years of experience in business development or sales within luxury interiors / premium building materials / design-led products
Prior experience in architect and designer-facing roles (field sales preferred; showroom/retail profiles not suitable)
Strong understanding of specification selling and long sales cycles
Existing network of architects and interior designers in Delhi NCR is a strong advantage
Exposure to luxury product categories such as stone, surfaces, flooring, bath fittings, furniture, or lighting
Strong aesthetic sense and ability to engage with design professionals
Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Own car is mandatory for daily travel
