Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager - Pharma Franchise (PCD)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month + incentives

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Location: Delhi

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven professional to expand our PCD franchise network and drive sales growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new PCD franchise partners.
  • Expand distribution network and explore new markets.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor partner performance and drive consistent business.
  • Maintain relationships with franchise partners, doctors, chemists, and distributors.
  • Handle partner queries and ensure smooth operations.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
  • Suggest new product opportunities based on market demand.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in pharma sales with PCD/franchise exposure.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of pharma distribution and franchise model.
  • Ability to manage partners and drive sales.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
