We are looking for a dynamic Lead Designer- Interior who can drive design excellence while also managing the sales and operational flow from client onboarding to project handover. This hybrid role requires someone who can seamlessly translate client needs into high-impact designs and simultaneously manage business operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the entire client design journey, from initial consultation to design finalization and order confirmation.
Oversee and coordinate sales operations, ensuring seamless documentation, quoting, and order processing.
Create and present detailed modular designs (kitchens, wardrobes, etc.) using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
Provide accurate BOQs, quotations, and production-ready drawings for timely manufacturing and execution.
Manage multiple design and sales projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality.
Act as the bridge between clients, design, manufacturing, and installation teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
Guide the customer with product choices and configurations based on aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
Monitor installation feasibility and conduct site visits to ensure practicality of design implementations.
Lead presentations and discussions with high-end clients, justifying design choices and budget recommendations.
Implement and refine sales and operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
EducationalBackground: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
DesignSoftware: Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint is essential.
SalesAcumen: Ability to generate leads, close sales, and manage client relationships effectively.
Customer-Centric: Strong empathy for client needs with a balance of functionality, style, and budget.
CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication to present and defend design proposals.
Organized & Responsible: Ability to manage documentation, sales records, project schedules, and team coordination.
Team Player: Collaborative with internal stakeholders; efficient in multitasking across projects.
Tech-Savvy:Comfortable with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and design software.
MarketAwareness:Understanding of local competitors, pricing trends, and customer expectations.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential modular design and sales/operations management.
Prior site experience with residential installations is mandatory.

WorkEnvironment: High-end showroom setting with on-site visits as needed.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; local language proficiency is a plus.
