About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Fashion Consultant for a premium Indian ethnic wear brand. The role involves delivering a luxury retail experience while assisting clients in selecting outfits across categories such as bridal lehengas, cocktail wear, sarees, sherwanis, and Indo-western ensembles.

The ideal candidate should have a strong fashion sense, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to create compelling narratives around products to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting outfits based on their preferences, occasions, and requirements
• Present and demonstrate products effectively to drive sales conversions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from consultation to order execution
• Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination
• Provide post-sales support and maintain client satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Maintain high standards of in-store presentation and customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background in fashion, retail, or design (preferred)
• Prior experience in ethnic wear retail or fashion designing is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Indian ethnic wear and current fashion trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to create product stories and style recommendations
• Strong sales and client-handling skills
