Qualification: B.Com / BBA or Equivalent Graduate

Salary: Upto 30k

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Gurugram team. This role is critical to our financial operations and includes responsibilities across accounting, invoicing, MIS reporting, tender documentation, and payroll management.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Invoicing

  • Prepare, verify, and process client invoices accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

2. Project MIS (Management Information System)

  • Prepare and maintain project-wise MIS reports for management review.
  • Track project revenues, expenses, and profitability metrics.
  • Provide periodic financial insights and performance summaries to leadership.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates across MIS dashboards and reports.

3. Tender Documentation & Filing

  • Identify relevant tender opportunities and assist in end-to-end tender documentation.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
  • Maintain organized records of submitted tenders, statuses, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for supporting documentation and approvals.

4. Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll including salary calculations, reimbursements, and deductions.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records accurately.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, and related regulations.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / Ind AS).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP or equivalent accounting software.
  • Good understanding of MIS reporting systems and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with tender documentation and submission processes (preferred).

  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial data with discretion.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts, MIS, Payroll, or Finance Operations.
  • Hands-on experience in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
  • Graduate in B.Com, BBA, or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
